Returns Policy

At Honu Bay, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) for a refund subject to the terms below.

Return Period

You may return eligible item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In their original condition

• Returned with all original tags attached

• Free from marks, stains, perfumes, deodorant, makeup, fake tan, pet hair or any other signs of wear

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

How to Return an Item

To request a return, please click here within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item(s).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we have sent the wrong item.

We recommend obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost during transit back to us.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive your return for your refund to be processed, although refunds are often completed sooner.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@thehonubay.com and include your order number and photographs where applicable.

Where an item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect, we will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

Exchanges

We are currently unable to offer exchanges.

If you would like a different size, colour or style, please return your item for a refund (subject to the policy above) and place a new order.

Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.
